We collect this information under the following circumstances: (i) when you provide it to us; (ii) when you navigate through the Site; and/or (iii) from third parties, such as our business partners or affiliates. Users browsing the Site without a registered account and without the affirmative provision of personally identifiable information use the Site anonymously.
Personally Identifiable Information. This is defined as information that may be used to specifically identify or reach you, such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, bank account and/or credit card information, etc. Users may provide and we may collect User’s personally identifiable information in numerous ways. Personally identifiable information includes, without limitation, (i) contact data (i.e., User’s name, postal address, email address) to register an account on our Site; (ii) demographic data (i.e., User’s age or gender) when creating a profile or otherwise providing this information on the Site; (iii) financial or payment information collected to complete purchases made from other Users via the Site or otherwise; (iv) other information voluntarily inserted by account holders in relation to use of the Site’s services. We do not collect social security numbers. If you communicate with us electronically or otherwise, post User Content (as defined herein) to the Site, post to forums or interactive message boards, complete online forms, surveys or entries, provide information beyond our registration process, or otherwise interact with the features of the Site, any information you provide may be collected by us. Some information may not be personally identifiable on its own (i.e., your age), but may become personally identifiable when combined with other information (i.e, your name and your age). The provision of this information is at your discretion; however, in most instances this type of information is required to realize some benefit our Site offers, or to gain access to certain Site content.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. This is defined as any information that does not personally identify you. Non-personal information may include certain personally identifiable information that has been de-identified; that is, information about you that has been rendered anonymous. We receive non-personal information about you from information that you provide us, both separately and together with your personally identifiable information. We also collect certain non-personal information from you at the time you access our Site. This information may include, among other things: your GPS coordinates, your IP address, unique identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer; your browser type; the third party website from which your visit originated; mobile or other device used to access the Site; your operating system type; the domain name of your Internet service provider; the search terms and words you use on the Site; the specific areas within the Site that you visit; the repetition of your visits to the Site; and the time of day and duration of your Site visits.
Further, information about your computer systems, network locations, software, and IP address may be communicated to us in some circumstances by the digital rights management systems associated with certain Content that you access, interact with, or download via the Site in order to prevent unauthorized use or distribution of said Content. We exclusively own the non-personally identifiable information we collect (such as patterns and durations of Site visits) and we may use that information as we see fit in accordance with applicable law.
Further Information on Collection Methods.
A few of the methods, processes, and/or avenues that may be used to collect non-personally identifiable information include, without limitation, the following (in addition to any subsequent technology and/or methods hereafter developed):
IP Addresses. Due to the communications standards on the Internet, we automatically obtain the uniform resource locator (the “URL”) of the website from which you came and the website to which you proceed once you exit the Site. We also receive the IP address of your computer or proxy server, your computer operating system and the type of web browser you are using, as well as the name of your Internet service provider (“ISP”). This information is collected to analyze overall trends to help make improvements to the Site. The links between your personally identifiable information and your IP address may be shared with third parties in accordance with this Policy.
Cookies. Like other sites, our Site uses cookies and other web log files to track and analyze site usage. A cookie is a data file located on your computer that communicates with us, allowing us to recognize you as a User when you return to the Site using the same web browser and computer. Cookie and associated data is used by us to customize your Site experience. Cookies typically work by providing a number to users that has no meaning beyond the context of the assigning website. The cookies themselves do not contain any personally identifiable information. A category of cookie, the “persistent” cookie, is set when you first log in to your Site account. When you return to the Site, the persistent cookie allows us to recognize you as an existing User so you will no longer need to login before using the Site. However, changing or accessing your private information requires login password even if your computer houses a persistent cookie. Similarly, once you log out of the Site you will be prompted to re-enter your password upon your next Site visit in order to gain access to your account. Finally, a “session” cookie, may be used to identify a particular visit to our Site. Session cookies expire following a short period of time or upon exiting your web browser. If you wish to disable the use of cookies or allow your browser to notify you when a cookie is being sent, you can do so by adjusting the settings in your particular browser. However, altering your cookie settings may prevent you from using certain features available on the Site.
Ad Networks and Web Beacons. We may permit other companies, called ad networks, to deliver advertisements to Users via the Site. These ad networks can include ad agencies, technology vendors, third party ad servers, and/or research firms. We may use certain tools to “target” certain ads to Users that fit a defined profile type. To properly display these ads, we may include a file on the Site, referred to as a web beacon, from these ad networks within the pages served by the Site or implement other monitoring processes so the networks may provide anonymous, aggregated auditing, research and reporting, and to target ads to you during your visits to other sites. The same general targets may be used by ad networks to deliver targeted ads on other websites instead of random, non-targeted ads. Additionally, we may use ad network technology to deliver ads only when you visit our Site. Ad networks may utilize non-personally identifiable information in order to provide ads about goods and/or services that may be relevant to you while you visit our Site. Because your web browser must request these ads and web beacons from the ad network’s servers, these companies may view, edit or set different cookies, as if you had interacted with a web page from their site.
Securing Your Information.
When you provide information to us through our Site, you should acknowledge that your information is transmitted across the Internet and that no known online transmission method is completely secure. We strive to protect your personally identifiable information and privacy and we use reasonable security measures to protect your submitted information. However, you still must ensure that you take the appropriate steps to protect your information as well. Your information may be accessed by other Internet users, without your knowledge and consent, while in transit to or from us. Please understand that we cannot and do not warrant, guarantee, or even represent the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online. Further, please be advised that we are not responsible for any inadvertent disclosure, theft, or destruction of your personally identifiable information.
Loss Notice. If your “personally identifiable information” (as the term or similar terms are defined by applicable law requiring disclosures upon a security breach) is compromised, we may notify you by e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided us in a reasonable and expedient timeframe; provided, delays may occur as we take measures to determine the scope and source of the breach, and restore reasonable integrity to our system as well as for the requests of law enforcement where notification may interfere with a criminal investigation. The use of any and all such notification is at our sole and exclusive discretion. Finally, we upgrade our security systems sporadically when appropriate in light of new technology.
Information Collected by Third-Parties. The Site may house links to other third-party websites that we do not personally control. These sites may have information and/or privacy practices that are dissimilar to ours. We have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected and saved by these third-parties. Consequently, we are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you choose to provide while visiting such third-party websites and those websites are expressly not governed by this Policy. As such, we recommend that you carefully read the privacy notices and practices of all third-party sites before accessing such sites.

Information gathered from you may additionally be used to ensure compliance with any agreements you may have entered into with Company as well as to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of Content accessed via the Site.

Bride & Groom may use your non-personally identifiable information in numerous ways, such as, to help analyze Site traffic, administer the Site, analyze customer needs and trends, undertake targeted promotional activities, upgrade our Site, collect general demographic information, and to enhance our Site. We may use this information by itself or aggregate it with information obtained from other Users.
Information Disclosure.
We may disclose personally identifiable information gathered from our Users to our parent or subsidiary company, to third-parties, related companies, including, without limitation, vendors, our promotional partners, consultants and advisors, affiliates, business partners, and independent contractors who will utilize the information for the purposes outlined above, to the extent necessary for them to provide the services offered by the Site, and for the certain purposes for which it was collected.
We may disclose personally identifiable information to the extent necessary to protect the safety, property, or rights of another User or any other person. Lastly, we may disclose or transfer the personally identifiable information of our Users to any subsequent owner, operator, or co-owner of our business, Site, or database; or in connection with a contemplated sale of our assets, business, or a merger, reorganization, or consolidation of our business.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Bride & Groom reserves the right to disclose any non-personally identifiable or personally identifiable information about you if we are required to do so by law, with respect to intellectual property infringement claims, or if we deem such action is necessary to: (a) protect or defend the legal or property rights of Bride & Groom, our Site, or another user; (b) comply with a government request; (c) comply with the requirements of legal process or the law; or (d) in an emergency to protect the health and safety of our users or the public at large.
